This should be used for summarizing messages, confirmations and communicating information that the other person may want to archive or keep on hand for future use.

This form of communication is best for time sensitive verifications or in order to remind someone of a piece of informaiton. Best used when communication can be kept short.

This method is best used when there is a distance between two parties that would prevent them from meeting in-person, but there are important matters to be discussed that would benefit from a visual interaction.

This is the best form of communication for discussions, brainstorming, gathering perspectives and opinions or decision making. This way both parties can be actively involved in the conversation and be receptive to the other's reactions immediately.
