Play audio

Different motivations mean that owners have varying focuses and strengths. By lining up the responsibilities that owners have with their motivations, you can be sure to maximize their time, energy and the enjoyment they get from their day-to-day. Looking back at the different responsibilities that we explored earlier, here is how they might align with different motivations. It’s important to note that motivations can change over time – so it is important to have the conversation ever so often to make sure each owner is responsible for things that fall within their motivations.
