Values are what guide our behaviours and decision-making. Your core values are instilled in you from your family, and often carry over into your values as an owner. For example, if one of your core family values is sincerity, as an owner this means you likely have a high level of integrity, which will influence your interactions, your decision-making and your problem solving. That same sincerity may lead you to be brutally honest, even in times when it might be to your advantage to remain quite! What is certain is that for good, or for worse, your values will shape your behaviour as an owner.
