FEA Program Cancellation Policy

Family Enterprise Canada’s mission is to offer each FEA Program applicant an enriching and interactive learning experience. Seating is limited in each cohort to allow for more engagement and connection in each class and over the course of this one-year learning journey. We strongly encourage all our applicants to ask questions throughout the application process and in the Q & A sessions offered by Family Enterprise Canada, and to review this cancellation policy carefully in advance.

While Family Enterprise Canada does offer the option of a three-installment payment plan, your acceptance into the program is based on our expectation that you will be committing to the full seven modules in the FEA Program, including the team project. This cancellation policy, therefore, applies to all FEA Program applicants:

To complete registration and hold your place in class, a deposit of $1,950 plus tax is required.

1. A full refund, less the deposit, will be given for cancellations received more than 30 days before the start date of the FEA Program, provided they are received in writing.
2. Registrants who provide their notice to cancel in writing 14-30 days before the start date of the FEA Program will be eligible for a 50% refund of their FEA Program tuition payment, less the deposit.
3. Cancellations received in writing less than 14 days before the FEA Program start date do not allow adequate time for us to fill your seat in the cohort. We regret that no refunds will be provided in these cases. Registrants may opt to transfer their program tuition payment to a future offering (within one calendar year).
4. Non-attendance: We regret that we cannot provide refunds or course transfers. The registrant is responsible for payment.
