Laura assists business leaders and their families to improve communication, both at work and at home. She specializes in coaching families to create more effective relationships, have open and authentic conversations, clarify family vision, values and goals, and align goals with their businesses where appropriate. Laura has a Master’s degree in Leadership and Training, a leadership coaching designation and is a licensed Insights Discovery and Insights Transformational Leadership practitioner.
