The NextGen Community
A generation rising to lead.
Within the family enterprise community, the next generation is rising, ready to become the leaders of positive change. Our vibrant group of rising leaders is committed to empowering one another with one clear mission in mind: to eliminate the “Shirtsleeves to Shirtsleeves” paradox in all generations of family business.
This bold vision is met with our NextGens’ insatiable willingness to share, learn and grow. As the rising generation of enterprising families, we are here to be informed by curated NextGen resources; to be inspired by business families who have led before us; to be guided by subject matter experts; and to make the most of our connections at NextGen events. Above all, we are here to make our voices heard and to elevate each other to reach the highest of our potentials together.
There are a lot of bonds that are formed when you are going through similar things, asking similar questions and learning at the same time.
