Entrepreneurial families face a unique and complex journey. Navigating through family, businesses and ownership issues is a rewarding, but challenging process that can be aided by expert advice, theoretical grounding and practical tools. Compass for Entrepreneurial Families is an educational program developed to provide business families with a better understanding of fundamental, contemporary concepts. Based on the experience and expertise of family business owners and scholars, the course is focused on five core areas:
